Kazan launched a restaurant guide based on AI and expert recommendations

A digital restaurant guide based on artificial intelligence (AI) recommendations with the participation of local experts has been launched in Kazan. This was reported to Izvestia by the travel service MTS Travel.
"AI tools were used at the initial stage - to collect reviews of establishments from open sources, as well as to give them an average rating. Gastropubs with a rating of at least four points on a five-point scale were selected. Further restaurants with high ratings verified local gastroexperts", - explained in the press service of the service.
It is specified that the main task of the guide, developed by MTS Travel together with the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tourism, is to acquaint travelers with the peculiarities and variety of gastronomy of the region, as well as to help them in organizing leisure time in Kazan. Thanks to the guide you can find out where to try traditional Tatar dishes in the best readings, where to have a coffee or which bar to visit.
In total, the selection contains more than 130 establishments divided into themes. It includes both new gastrotochki and those that have already been recognized in restaurant awards and ratings. Thus, it is reported that SMS with a link to the guide will be sent to tourists and locals during their stay in the zone of high concentration of catering establishments.
"Coming to Kazan, tourists make many gastronomic discoveries. This happens because new locations are constantly appearing on the gastronomic map of the city, and in many establishments traditional cuisine is now prepared in a modern reading. We hope that the gastropub guide will become an assistant for independent tourists, who are becoming more and more numerous in Kazan," said Lidia Strakhova, the publisher of MTS Travel.
Earlier, on November 23, the top of the most budget destinations from Moscow for the end of autumn was named. The rating was headed by Kazan, you can go there for 3901 rubles.
