Most often owners of modern Chinese cars in Russia complain about problems with various electronic systems. This was reported by experts of the Caready multi-brand network of car services, "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" reports on November 25.
Drivers of Chinese cars are most often concerned about failures of multimedia systems, touch screens, parktronic, radar, rearview cameras and climate control. There is also a gradual increase in car visits for oil changes, tire rotation and other minor repairs, the company said.
"The most unexplored problems today are peculiar to Chinese cars and cars imported through parallel imports, where warranty service is absent in principle. It should be noted that manufacturers of cars from the Celestial Empire by analyzing warranty claims from dealers constantly modernize production, correct defects, make changes to the units, thus the quality of cars improves with each update," - said Caready director Mikhail Makovei.
Experts also said that owners of European cars most often complain about problems with robotized transmissions. Specific German models have increased oil consumption and electrical problems. The key problems of Korean cars experts called a small engine life on a number of models and difficulties with electronic systems, and Japanese cars - poor noise insulation (especially on budget models) and rapid deterioration of interior trim materials.
