- "Progress MS-28" steered the ISS away from collision with space debris

The Progress MS-28 spacecraft changed the orbit of the International Space Station (ISS) to avoid the threat of collision with space debris. This was reported by the press service of Roscosmos on Monday, November 25.
"At 12:49 Moscow time, the engines of the Progress MS-28 spacecraft were turned on, which worked for 211.96 seconds and produced an impulse of 0.3 m/s, which made it possible to increase the ISS orbit by about 500 meters," the state corporation said in a message in its Telegram channel.
It is noted that after the corrective maneuver, the parameters of the station's orbit have changed: the orbit period has become 92.85 minutes, inclination - 51.66 degrees, and the average altitude - 416.99 km.
Earlier, November 23, it was reported that the cargo ship "Progress MS-29" docked to the ISS. It was specified that on its board about 2.5 thousand cargoes, including fuel, water and compressed nitrogen to replenish the atmosphere of the International Space Station.
