Kiev residents were advised not to go outdoors because of deteriorating air conditions. This was reported by the city administration on Monday, November 25.

"The probable cause of the temporary deterioration of air conditions on the left Bank are meteorological conditions, in particular low wind speed", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

Authorities recommended residents to close windows and not to leave the house without necessity. Kiev citizens were also urged to drink as much water as possible.
