Komi hosts the closing ceremony of the Arctic Youth Delphic Games


From November 22 to 26, 2024, the Third Open Youth Arctic Delphic Games were held in the Komi Republic (Syktyvkar).
The event was aimed at promoting the implementation of the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin from September 9, 2022 № 809 "On Approval of the Principles of State Policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values" and from May 7, 2024 № 309 "On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and in the future up to 2036". Special attention within the games was paid to the Year of the Family in the Russian Federation, support for participants of the special military operation and members of their families. A special topic will be the preparation for next year's celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The event included the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Delphic Games of the present day.
The program included competitions in 10 folk, classical and modern nominations. The Games gathered about 600 people, the jury included about 40 prominent figures of culture and science. The official closing ceremony and gala concert of the winners will be held on November 25, 2024.
