Turkish Antalya airport has resumed accepting airplanes after an incident with a Sukhoi Superjet 100 plane of the Russian airline Azimut, which caught fire during landing. This follows from the data of the online scoreboard of the air harbor on Monday, November 25.

Airplanes were not accepted since 3:00.

According to the online scoreboard, the airport resumed receiving international flights, including flights from Russia.

Passenger Natalya said that during landing after a sharp impact, fuel began to leak out, and then there was an engine fire. According to her, the crew of the airplane tried to calm people, who helped each other and got out of the inflamed aircraft, going down the inflatable ramp. In turn, passenger Yevgenia noted a sharp shock on landing, which led to a power outage.

The Russian Consulate General in Antalya reported that some Russians safely left the airport. The rest decided to wait for baggage claim and were provided with food. Passengers, who were to return to Russia on the return flight, are accommodated in a hotel until the arrival of the reserve flight. No casualties were reported.
