About 95 hectares of land plots will be reorganized in the west of Moscow under the KRT program

Plots of almost 95 hectares will be reorganized in the Western Administrative District of Moscow under the program of integrated territory development (IPD). This was reported on November 24 by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Policy and Construction.

The official noted that investors and operators appointed by the city will reorganize the sites. In addition to residential quarters there will be built 839.6 thousand square meters of public-business and industrial real estate.

"Modern industrial and business complexes, as well as other commercial and social facilities will give the city about 20 thousand jobs", - quotes Efimov's words the agency of city news "Moscow".

The plots are located in Kuntsevsky, Mozhaisky districts, in Ochakovo-Matveevskoe, Ramenki, Solntsevo, Troparevo-Nikulino, on Vernadskogo Avenue and in Fili-Davydkovo. In total more than 1.8 thousand square meters of real estate will be built, RIAMO specifies.

According to the head of the capital department of city property Maxim Gaman, 203,5 thousand sq. m. of housing and public-business objects with a total area of 150 thousand sq. m. will be built in Fili-Davydkovo district. Among them - stores, offices, bank branches, educational complex, consumer services.

On December 7, Efimov said that three plots with a total area of 8.77 hectares will be reorganized in the district of Novo-Peredelkino in Moscow. The plots are located near the metro station "Borovskoye Shosse", Chobotovsky forest and the nature reserve "Setun River Valley". There will build housing with a total area of 92 thousand square meters, as well as public and business facilities, sports and entertainment complex, offices, stores, catering establishments and bank branches, writes IA Regnum.
