The Governor of Kaluga Region reported the destruction of eight UAVs over the region

Air defense forces destroyed eight drones over the territory of Kaluga region. This was reported by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha on November 25.

"The fire on the territory of an industrial enterprise has been eliminated. A total of eight UAVs were destroyed by air defense forces overnight," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Shapsha specified that there were no casualties as a result of the attacks.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz , reported the destruction of six UAVs in the region. He specified that no one was injured as a result of the attack. Operational and emergency services are working on the site.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
