The capsizing of two ships off Madagascar kills 24 people


As a result of overturning of two ships with Somalis off the coast of Madagascar 24 people were killed. This was reported on November 24 by the Assotiated Press agency.
"24 people died after two boats overturned off the coast of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean, the Somali government said," the publication says.
It is specified that it was possible to rescue 46 people. The exact destination of the boats remains unknown. Specialists are investigating and establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier, on October 3, a ship with 278 passengers overturned on Lake Kivu in Congo, 78 people were killed, the rest are missing. Specialists managed to save 40 people, 10 of whom were hospitalized.
