He noted that there was a fire in the engine of the airplane at the moment of landing. According to him, immediate intervention was taken and the flames were extinguished.
"All passengers on the plane were evacuated unharmed, fortunately no one was injured. There is no negative situation at the moment," Habertürk newspaper quoted Seyitoglu as saying.
Rosaviatsia spokesman Artem Korenyako pointed out that there were no fatalities as a result of the incident.
"After landing at Antalya airport (Turkey) there was a fire of the Superjet 100 airplane of Azimut airline." There are no fatalities. Rosaviatsia is looking into what happened," - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel.
