Russian Defense Ministry publishes footage of destruction of AFU combat vehicle in LNR

The Russian Armed Forces' (RF Armed Forces) Zapad troop group destroyed an armored combat vehicle of the Ukrainian army in the zone of the special military operation (SMO) in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR). Images of the combat operation were published by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 24.

It is specified that the object was found in a wooded area.

"After analyzing the intelligence received, a decision was made to fire on the AFU militants' BBM," the ministry said in a statement.

The strike was carried out on military equipment with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). As a result of the actions of the Russian army, the object was liquidated, which is confirmed by the frames of objective control received in real time.

On the same day, FPV drone calculations of the "North" group of troops destroyed an AFU tank in Kharkiv region. The footage shows combat drones hitting an AFU tank with a precise strike.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
