Sobyanin published a congratulatory message on Mother's Day

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has published in his official Telegram channel a congratulatory message on Mother's Day.

"Dear our moms, we love you very much and with all our heart we want you to always be with us. Strong health, prosperity, happiness and long years of life to you," the mayor wrote.

Motherhood is the most noble, feminine and grateful labor in human society, the mayor noted.

Mother's Day is an international holiday celebrated in Russia since 1998 on the last Sunday of November. This year it fell on November 24. The holiday was established, as stated in the presidential decree, in order to "increase the social significance of motherhood".
