The weather forecaster reported the onset of meteorological winter in Moscow

Meteorological winter has arrived in Moscow with a delay of 11 days. This was reported on Sunday, November 24, by an expert of the weather center "Phobos" Evgeny Tishkovets.

According to the forecaster, at the base weather station VDNKh the minimum thermometer showed -2.2 degrees. Tishkovets noted that this is the lowest index for November. In the Moscow region, according to his data, the minimum temperature ranged from +0.3 to -6.

In addition, he noted that the daytime temperature in the capital will not exceed zero degrees. He added that next week the temperature will also be in the negative sector.

"We can state that autumn is over and today, November 24, meteorological winter has come to Moscow with a delay of 11 days!" - specified the forecaster in his Telegram-channel.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that in the capital on November 24 will be cloudy with clearings, in some places heavy icing and up to 0 degrees Celsius.
