In St. Petersburg, a man fell into a coma after a fight in a hostel. This was reported on November 24 by the source of "Izvestia".

According to the interlocutor, the victim was hospitalized with a closed craniocerebral injury, contusion of the brain, with a scalp wound of the temple. He is in a second-degree coma.

Another man was detained at the scene of the incident, in respect of whom a report on an administrative offense was drawn up under Article 20. part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Petty hooliganism").

In connection with the incident, the question of initiating a criminal case is being decided.

November 9, it became known that a man beat and trampled to death an acquaintance in the center of Moscow. The Main Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the capital published footage of the conflict, which shows that the men got into an altercation, as a result of which one of them hit the other in the head, throwing him to the ground. After that, the offender struck the lying man with his foot in the abdominal area. As a result of the injuries received, the victim died in hospital.

A criminal case was opened under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, causing the death of the victim by negligence").
