The Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the bakery of a motorized rifle regiment of the "North" group of troops on November 24.

A motorized bakery works around the clock in the logistical support units of the motorized rifle regiment. Soldiers bake more than 400 kilograms of molded wheat, rye-wheat and rye bread daily to provide uninterrupted meals for personnel in the border region of Kursk Oblast.

The bakery is mounted on the basis of a car body-van, inside which technological and auxiliary equipment, electrical equipment, heating, power supply and air conditioning systems are installed. It can be operated under any climatic conditions and temperature regimes.

The production capabilities of the complexes overlap the needs. Every day the fighters of the units receive fresh bread, regardless of how far from the contact line they are.

"Bread goes both to the point of temporary deployment here and to the front line. We also feed the newly arrived replenishment," - specified a baker with the call sign Grumpy.

Logistics units provide Russian servicemen on the front line with everything they need on a daily basis.

Earlier, on November 24, female medics of the "West" troop group told Izvestia about their work. Many women are motivated to join the army by the desire to stand up for the defense of the Motherland on an equal footing with men. For example, a paramedic of the first artillery division with the call sign Mika initially volunteered to serve in the artillery, but became a medic because of her knowledge and skills as a doctor.

The special operation to defend Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made amid the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
