In Moscow, an 18-year-old young man rented out other people's apartments under the guise of his own and received 10 thousand rubles for each tenant. This was reported by the Moscow prosecutor's office on November 23.

It is specified that the young man found a job as a "realtor" in one of the messengers. The organizer of the crime paid his way from Voronezh to Moscow, instructed him on the measures of conspiracy and sent a model lease agreement, saying that it was necessary to introduce himself as a relative of the owner of the apartments.

The attacker filled out the contract, met the tenants and, after informing them that the owner was on a business trip, received payment. In this way, he rented apartments on Leningradskoye Shosse and on Tsender Street.

"When the victim came to the apartment and she was satisfied with everything, the swindler took 110 thousand rubles from her and gave her a set of keys. Literally an hour later, he met a young couple who also paid for the rent, transferring money to him. And in another half an hour he rented the apartment to the young man for the third time," the agency said in a statement published in the Telegram-channel.

Upon completion of the work, the young man returned to his hometown, where he was detained. He was charged with committing fraud. Now he is taken into custody.

"The accused is being worked on involvement in the commission of similar crimes," - added in the Prosecutor's office.

Earlier, on June 20, the Khamovnichesky court of Moscow sentenced a member of the gang of black realtors Marina Demina. She received four years of general regime colony for fraud. Together with her accomplices, the woman found an elite apartment, the owner of which had gone abroad, and sold it for 23 million rubles on a forged passport. Three accomplices of Demina, who helped her to draw up forged documents and sell someone else's apartment, are also under investigation awaiting a separate trial.
