One person was injured in an explosion in a residential building in Syzran

In Syzran there was an explosion in a multi-storey building. As a result of the emergency one person was injured. This was reported on November 23 in the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Samara region.

It is specified that there was no combustion after the flap of the gas-air mixture. According to preliminary data, there are no fatalities as a result of the incident.

The agency specified that as a result of the explosion there was a collapse of the apartment wall.

The causes of the incident are being established.

Earlier, on November 9, in Pyatigorsk there was a gas explosion in a multi-storey house. An inspection was organized on this fact and a criminal case was initiated. As a result of the incident , one woman died, one was in intensive care, two more people received outpatient medical care. According to the head of the resort town Dmitry Voroshilov, a total of 22 apartments, seven non-residential premises and nine cars were affected. Later it became known that the preliminary cause of the explosion could be an uncoordinated replacement of equipment.

As the resident of the house opposite told "Izvestia", the explosion occurred at about 09:00. There was a rumble, "everything shook in the apartment, the windows on the loggia opened, plaster sprinkled." She added that someone in their apartment building had a window shattered into small pieces.
