In the Moscow region, a pensioner beat his daughter and opened fire at the front door

In the town of Shchelkovo near Moscow, a pensioner beat his daughter and opened fire at the front door. This was reported on November 23 in the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Moscow region.

According to investigators, in one of the houses on Sirenevaya Street between a father born in 1959 and his daughter born in 1989, a conflict arose, during which the man beat the woman and threatened with a gun. The victim snatched the weapon from him, ran out of the apartment, after which the attacker took a shotgun and fired twice at the closed front door. As a result of the shooting, the woman was not injured.

The Office in a message in the Telegram-channel specified that the man was taken to the police department. From the scene of the incident were seized an air pistol and two shotguns, which were registered in the prescribed manner.

At the moment, the question of initiating criminal proceedings under article 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Threat of murder or infliction of serious harm to health") is being decided.

Earlier, on November 21, there was a shooting in one of the shopping centers of Kamensk-Uralsky in the Sverdlovsk region. On this fact a criminal case was initiated. It was specified that the suspect in the course of a conflict with another man several times hit him with a knife in the area of hands and torso, after which in response the victim shot several times from a traumatic weapon. Both victims were hospitalized.
