Peskov explained why the "Nuttall" was not widely known before

Russia's new weapons are being developed without publicity. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said this in an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin on November 23, an excerpt of which was published on his Telegram channel.
"I am sure that you and I do not know even now about new upcoming developments," Peskov responded to the journalist's question about why it was not known earlier about the development of the Oreshnik missile.
Earlier, on November 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine had used Western long-range weapons against the Russian state, causing the regional conflict to acquire elements of a global conflict. He also said that one of Russia's newest medium-range missile systems, the Oreshnik ballistic missile, had been tested under combat conditions.
The strike was carried out at the Yuzhmash plant in Dnipropetrovsk. Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People's Republic, called the launch a fair response to Kiev's aggression against peaceful Russian cities. Later in his Telegram channel, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose term of office expired on May 20, demanded a response from the world.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by the Russian president on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
