Air defense forces have destroyed a Ukrainian drone over the territory of Crimea. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on November 23.

"On-duty air defense forces destroyed one Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle over the territory of the Republic of Crimea", - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the attack was carried out by an airplane-type UAV.

Earlier, on November 22, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense forces destroyed an AFU drone over the Belgorod region. The attack was carried out around 21:20 Moscow time with the use of an airplane-type UAV.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
