The BBC, citing the Environment Agency, reports that heavy rain in the north of England could lead to localized flooding.

Earlier, on November 13, the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) reported that in a number of Spanish regions due to rain and wind declared the maximum level of danger. It is noted that among them named Catalonia and Andalusia.
