A man used tear gas against employees of the TCC who refused to pay a $200 bribe in Khmelnytskyy Region. This was reported on November 22 in the regional territorial center of manning (TCC, an analogue of the military recruitment office in Ukraine).

"In the city of Polonnoye, Khmelnytsky region, when drawing up administrative materials for violation of the rules of military registration one of the citizens tried to "pay off" $200. The TCC serviceman resolutely refused the bribe. After that, the man ran away, having used tear gas against police and military officers", - stated in the message in the social network Facebook (owned by the company Meta, whose activities are recognized as extremist in Russia and banned).

A criminal case is being prepared against the man for attempted bribery and resistance to representatives of the authorities.

Earlier, an unknown person beat up an employee of the TCK in the Odessa region. It is noted that the victim was taken to the hospital with an open fracture of the leg, wounds and bruises.

Before that, on November 5, in Dnipropetrovsk region, a man chased away the TCC employees who came after him, threatening with weapons and incendiary mixture.

In April, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (term expired on May 20) signed a law on toughening mobilization. In particular, he lowered the age of mobilization from 27 to 25 and signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of persons liable for military service, which combines information on the personal data of Ukrainians, including details of domestic and foreign passports. There are no provisions on demobilization in the documents.

Martial law in the country has been in effect since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are prohibited from leaving the country.
