Murashko told about sending specialists and medical equipment to the Kursk region

On November 22, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko visited a point of personal reception of resettled people during his trip to Kursk region.

According to him, specialists were sent to the region, as well as medical equipment to strengthen hospitals. In addition, monetary funds were allocated for medical devices.

"The load on the ambulance service has increased. We communicated with doctors, with the management of the ambulance service, which also concerns safety, means of protection," he reported.

Murashko emphasized that the assistance to the victims is provided in full, along with Kursk doctors work and psychotherapists.

Kursk Region Governor Alexei Smirnov added that Murashko systematically visits the region. He also expressed his gratitude to the ministry and said that during the working visit of the head of the department the restoration of health care facilities was discussed.

The head of the Russian Health Ministry arrived in Kursk region earlier in the day. During his visit, he met with the victims, inquired about the condition and availability of necessary food and medicines in the TACs, and held a bilateral meeting with the governor of the region. He expressed his readiness to "help in any way we can".
