Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev said that the launch of facilities implemented under the national projects should not be allowed to be disrupted. He pointed this out on November 22 during his trip to Nizhny Novgorod Region, where he visited sewage treatment facilities.

He pointed out the importance of timely commissioning of Bogorod sewage treatment facilities and aeration station. While at the facility, he noted that there are backlogs of at least half a year. Patrushev urged the regional authorities and the federal ministry involved in the construction of the facility to speed up its construction.

"In principle, all the set parameters have been met in terms of construction, well, and then there is still a process of commissioning, the process of commissioning is necessary, and after that only we will receive the appropriate clean wastewater, which, I hope very much, will meet all the standards," - added Deputy Prime Minister.

In addition, he said that the main task of Russia's national projects is to improve the quality of life of the population.

"We have national projects were formed in order to improve the quality of life of the population. And ecology is, of course, a very important component for us to look into the future with our heads held high," Patrushev noted.

Earlier, on November 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that all national projects on technological leadership in the Russian Federation are significant and big and they will definitely be implemented. Putin added that it is also important to solve the issue of organizing the mining of rare-earth metals. It should be carefully worked out, as it is a strategically important resource, which is now important for the country.

Prior to that, on November 12, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin said that almost 19 trillion rubles had been allocated for the implementation of national projects in the three-year budget of Russia.
