- The organization "Forum of Free States of Post-Russia" was recognized as a terrorist organization in the Russian Federation

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the international organization "Forum of Free States of Post-Russia" as a terrorist organization. This was reported on November 22 in the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
"The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation at the suit of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation [Igor Krasnov] recognized as terrorist the international organization "Forum of Free States of Post-Russia", established in the form of a social movement in Poland in 2022", - stated on the website of the department.
This organization consists of 172 structural units, which are organized along national and regional lines. It is led by so-called leaders of national-separatist movements, who see their task as dividing Russia into separate states and their subordination to the influence of unfriendly countries, the ministry said.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the organization's methods of achieving such goals include calls for participation in hostilities in Ukraine, committing acts of terrorism and sabotage, and promoting terrorist activities.
The organization interacts with its structural units by means of information support through the promotion of its anti-Russian ideas, the agency specified.
In March 2023, the Prosecutor General's Office recognized the activities of the forum as undesirable in Russia. It was found that it posed a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and security, and the leaders of the organization from among citizens of foreign countries living abroad called for the violation of the territorial integrity of the country.
