Footage of a metal pavilion falling on a girl in the Moscow region has emerged
Footage of a metal pavilion falling on a girl during a hurricane in the Moscow region appeared in Izvestia on November 22.
The footage shows how a strong wind blew down the pavilion, crushing a girl who was nearby. Surrounding people lifted the structure, but the girl could not be saved.
The incident came to light earlier in the day. The pavilion fell on the girl on the territory of the industrial park Grivno during a strong gust of wind. From the injuries received, the victim died on the spot.
On the fact of the incident the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection. The Investigative Committee opened a case under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").
