The court prohibited to use the premises of the shopping center "Grand" in Vladivostok, which after a comprehensive reconstruction in 2003-2004 worked without the documents authorizing its operation. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Primorsky Krai on November 22.

The inspection found that after the renovation of the shopping center, located at 46 Russkaya Street, its premises were transferred to various organizations for business activities. At the same time, according to the documents, the object is still listed as not put into operation, which indicates that the building does not ensure compliance with safety requirements.

"Today the court satisfied the claim of the prosecutor to prohibit the operation of the shopping center before obtaining a permit for commissioning", - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

It is noted that this shopping center, as well as other illegal retail outlets in the city, is linked to the leaders and members of the Trifonovskie gang, a criminal community organized by Alexander Yasin.

In June, the regional Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation opened a new criminal case against three members of the Trifonovskie organized crime group. In July, six more members of the gang were detained. According to the investigation, since 2004, members of the organized criminal group through controlled legal entities leased out commercial areas, which were not intended for this purpose and were recreational areas. They also illegally built two shopping centers, which brought almost 2 billion rubles in profit. In addition to land fraud and non-payment of taxes, they are also charged with kidnapping and seven contract murders.

Earlier, on March 12, the Primorye Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (IC RF) completed the case of Yasin, the head of the Trifonovskie gang. He and one of the gang members, Yevgeny Bychkov, are to stand trial. At the moment Yasin is accused of committing crimes under the articles "Banditism", "Illegal trafficking in weapons and explosives", "Illegal trafficking in weapons", "Murder", "Tax evasion on a particularly large scale".
