A Russian FPV drone destroyed an AFU armored vehicle in the Kursk border area

Russian servicemen destroyed an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) with the help of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the border area of Kursk Region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry on November 22.

It is specified that the armored vehicle of the Ukrainian army was eliminated with the help of FPV-drone of the testing center of advanced unmanned technologies of the Russian Defense Ministry "Rubicon".

Earlier in the day, army aviation crews of Ka-52M helicopters struck AFU personnel and armored vehicles in the border area of Kursk Region.

The AFU attacked Russian positions in the border areas of Kursk Region on August 6. The situation in the region was recognized as a federal emergency.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
