Russian hacker group RaHDit ("Evil Russian hackers") published on November 22 a database of the Ukrainian Health Ministry's database of positive HIV test results of Ukrainian citizens who may be mobilized into the army.

"We publish in the general access for all comers the database of the Ukrainian accounting of positive HIV test results. In total in the table are 367 thousand sick people," - said in a message on the website of the hacker project "NemeZida".

As explained by representatives of the group, the information is published to demonstrate the mobilization potential of this category of persons and to warn of the potential threat from refugees and prisoners from Ukraine.

It is separately noted that the database also included parameters related to drug use, alcohol and prostitution.

Earlier, on 14 November, the official representative of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, Dmytro Lazutkin, said that HIV carriers and tuberculosis patients might be mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). According to him, such a measure may depend on the stage of people's disease, as they can perform different tasks, including in the rear.

Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. The Verkhovna Rada has repeatedly extended it. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. On 16 April 2024, Zelensky signed a law on tougher mobilization.
