A metal pavilion crushed to death a girl during a hurricane in the Moscow region

In the Moscow region, a girl died after a metal pavilion fell on her during the previous day's hurricane. About it on Friday, November 22, reports the press service of the regional Prosecutor's office.

"According to preliminary information, on November 21 at about 22:00 on the territory of the industrial park Grivno during a strong gust of wind a metal pavilion used as a place for smoking fell on a girl born in 2002," - stated in the message of the department in Telegram-channel.

The victim died of her injuries on the spot.

On the fact of the incident, the Prosecutor's office organized a check: the circumstances and causes of the incident are being established. The actions of the personnel responsible for the maintenance of the territory will also be assessed.

Earlier in the day it was reported that because of the five-point storm in Moscow suffered five people: three victims were taken to hospital, and two were given first aid. From bad weather in the capital also collapsed 15 trees, as a result, nine cars were damaged.

Leading expert of the weather center "Phobos" Mikhail Leus in his Telegram-channel said that the wind speed in the capital region the day before reached 23 m/s.
