In Kansk, Krasnoyarsk region, the number of people hospitalized with poisoning has increased to 37. This was reported on November 22 in the Main investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the region.

"In Kansk interdistrict hospital hospital hospitalized 37 people, including 34 students and three employees of the school", - stated in the message of the Department in Telegram-channel.

The IC noted that within the framework of the investigation questioned individual entrepreneur, providing food for children, employees of the food unit and school management. Samples of cooked food were also seized and washes were taken from the employees involved in food preparation.

Later, the agency told Izvestia that the students of the school where the incident occurred were transferred to distance learning.

According to the IC, on the day of the poisoning, the school menu included milk porridge, beet soup, mashed potatoes, fish schnitzel, cocoa, flatbread with chicken and cheese and samosa.

Earlier, on November 21, it was reported about the poisoning of 30 schoolchildren and three staff members, including two teachers and a security guard.

The poisoning of schoolchildren in one of the schools in Krasnoyarsk became known on November 20. It was reported that all children had eaten in the school canteen the day before. Preliminarily, the victims were diagnosed with acute intestinal infection. On this fact a criminal case was initiated on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life and health of consumers.
