The Governor of the Kaluga Region reported the destruction of seven UAVs

Air defense forces destroyed seven unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the territory of Kaluga region. This was announced by the head of the region Vladislav Shapsha on November 22.

"Tonight on the outskirts of Kaluga air defense means destroyed six UAVs. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties and infrastructure damage. Also destroyed one UAV in the Dzerzhinsky district," he wrote in Telegram-channel.

According to him, task forces are working at the scene.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz reported the destruction of first five Ukrainian UAVs by air defense forces, then another one and another five UAVs. According to his information, there were no casualties or damage as a result of the attack.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
