American President-elect Donald Trump plans to restore world peace with the help of US power. Trump's campaign spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt said on November 21.

"The American people have once again elected President Trump because they believe that he will be able to lead the country and restore world peace through strength," TASS quoted her as saying.

She added that once Trump returns to the White House, he will immediately take all necessary actions to fulfill this.

Earlier, on November 14, Trump promised to "work very hard" to end the conflict in Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that the Russian Federation will wait for proposals in this regard and is ready to consider them.

Before that, on November 12, ex-Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi said that Trump's goal is to prevent World War III. She noted that it is necessary to try all diplomatic measures before sending the US Armed Forces to hot spots, and this is one of the reasons why many Americans voted for Trump.

The election for the 47th president of the United States was held on November 5. In the popular vote, Trump received 51% of the vote and Harris received 47.4%. The voting results were met with prolonged applause at Trump's campaign headquarters. The politician himself later called himself the 47th president of the United States. Speaking to supporters, the Republican said that his goal as head of state considers the end of military conflicts in the world.
