Putin awarded composer Krutoy with the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded composer Igor Krutoy with the Order for Merit to the Fatherland, II degree. The corresponding decree on November 21 published on the official Internet portal of legal acts.

"For his great contribution to the development of national culture and art, many years of fruitful activity to award: the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II degree Krutoy Igor Yakovlevich - composer, producer, member of the International Union of Pop Art Workers (creative union), the city of Moscow," - stated in the text.

Earlier, November 9, Putin awarded the title of Hero of Labor to the composer, People's Artist of the USSR Alexandra Pakhmutova for services in the development of musical art.
