A Soyuz-2.1a rocket launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome with the Progress MS-29 cargo spacecraft on board. The launch is broadcast on November 21 on the website of the state corporation "Roscosmos".

It is noted that on board the cargo ship is 1155 kg of dry cargo for the crew and station systems, 869 kg of fuel for refueling the International Space Station (ISS), 420 kg of drinking water and 43 kg of nitrogen to replenish the atmosphere of the station.

After the rocket launches the spacecraft into low-Earth orbit, its flight to the ISS will take two days. Docking to the module "Search" of the Russian segment of the station is scheduled to take place on November 23 at 17:36 Moscow time.

Earlier, on November 5, a Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle with two Ionosphere-M spacecraft and 53 Russian and foreign associated satellites was launched from the Vostochny Cosmodrome. Later, the Fregat upper stage delivered the spacecraft to their target orbits. Roscosmos noted that the launch was a record launch in the history of Russian cosmonautics.
