Accused of stealing from the apartment of actress Yulia Rutberg was given two years in prison

Khamovnicheskiy District Court of Moscow announced the verdict to the defendant in the criminal case of theft from the apartment of actress Yulia Rutberg. This was reported by the press service of the court on November 21.

As follows from the case card on the portal of courts of general jurisdiction of the capital, the court made the decision on November 12. The defendant Uktam Salamov, held under part 4 p. b of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft on a large scale"), received a punishment in the form of imprisonment for two years.

It is noted that the lawsuit filed by the actress in court was partially satisfied. The convict must also pay in favor of the victim Rutberg 1,720,410 rubles.

September 3, an unknown person robbed the apartment of actress Julia Rutberg, while the artist herself was on tour. According to the source of "Izvestia", Rutberg's apartment was under protection, but on the day of her departure the protection was not put. To enter the dwelling, the robber broke the lock. As a result of the crime, he stole money totaling 2.4 million rubles.

The alleged attacker was detained the next day. He turned out to be a 36-year-old man. It was established that the man was in collusion with the housekeeper, who after the incident disappeared. Law enforcement authorities are looking for her. Subsequently, the Ministry of Internal Affairs published footage of the robber's entry into the house, thanks to which it was possible to establish his identity.
