"Maternity Bags" kits will be distributed to pregnant women in Murmansk Oblast

In the Murmansk region, pregnant women will start receiving "Maternity Bag" kits. They will contain all the items needed in a maternity hospital.

This follows from a draft decree of the regional government. It specifies that "Maternity bags" will be given free of charge to women hospitalized in state regional maternity hospitals for the birth of children. Underage women in labor have the right to receive a set.

The "Maternity Bag" contains 18 items, including a toothbrush, socks, hair bands, a package of diapers, a package of diapers and baby soap.

The regional government's draft decree on the innovation is under discussion. The kits are planned to be purchased by the end of 2024, and begin to issue - from January 1, 2025, writes IA "Beeport".
