A school in Lipetsk will be renovated for 139 million rubles

In Lipetsk, tenders to find a contractor for the overhaul of School No. 5 on Semashko Street have been finalized. Only one bidder, LLC ZhBI-Kapstroy, a company from Voronezh, applied for the tender. It was awarded the contract at the initial price of 138.8 million rubles.

The overhaul will begin in March 2025. It should be completed by December 15. It is possible that the educational institution will be opened by September 1.

GOROD48 specifies that the company "ZhBI-Kapstroy" is well established in Lipetsk. In January this year it commissioned two new kindergartens built in less than a year. By September 1, the same organization completed the overhaul of School No. 33 on Shubin Boulevard, and this week it finished repairs at the 1st Gymnasium on 8 Marta Street.

School No. 5 was founded in 1918 on the basis of a parochial school. At first it was located on Bazarnaya Street, then on Solyanaya Street, then on Zegel Street, and in 1970 it moved to Semashko Street.
