American journalist Tucker Carlson called the U.S. government fascist

American journalist Tucker Carlson has said that the U.S. government is fascist.
"Our government is a fascist state," he said in a Nov. 20 conversation with attorney Glenn Greenwald on his own YouTube channel.
According to Carlson, it is the current authorities in Washington, D.C., who are showing fascist signs by trying to accuse Russia of such things.
He expressed the opinion that one of the worst scenarios is currently being realized in the United States, when members of the outgoing administration of U.S. President Joe Biden leave their successors the country on the brink of a nuclear conflict.
On the same day, Carlson criticized Biden for allowing Kiev to strike US long-range missiles deep into Russian territory. The journalist warned that such a move could lead the US to ruin.
Prior to that, on November 17, The New York Times reported that Biden allegedly allowed Ukraine to use US long-range ATACMS missiles to strike Russia. The White House did not officially confirm this fact. On November 19, the Russian military shot down five ATACMS launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Bryansk region and damaged another one.
Russian Kremlin presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that the Biden administration wants the conflict in Ukraine to continue, and that the AFU strikes by Western long-range missiles deep into Russian territory are a new escalation. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned that these actions would receive an "adequate and tangible" response.
Western countries have stepped up military and financial support for Ukraine amid Russia's special operation to protect Donbass, which began on February 24, 2022. The decision to carry it out was taken by the Russian president because of the aggravation of the situation in the region due to the increased shelling by Ukrainian troops.
