Exlantix cars will get a smartphone control system

Chinese car brand Exlantix, which plans to start selling cars in Russia next year, is developing a mobile application for controlling car functions from a smartphone. This is stated in the company's message, which was received by Izvestia on November 21.

The mobile application will provide access to the telematics system. Users will be able to lock and unlock car doors, start the engine and remotely control the climate system from a smartphone.

The app will display information about the vehicle's technical condition, including traction battery level, battery status, tire pressure and other indicators. In addition, owners will be able to track their car's location in real time, and the app will receive notifications from the security system.

In the future, the app is planned to add a map of charging stations with filtering by connector type and charger capacity.

On November 7, it was reported that the Exlantix brand plans to sell the ES sedan in Russia in a version with a hybrid powertrain, following the crossover ET, the models are scheduled to enter the market in the first quarter of 2025. Exlantix is currently conducting a series of tests of different versions of its models to adapt them to Russian conditions.
