A juvenile commuter in Tyumen beat up a teenager in one of the city's schools as a result of a conflict. On November 21, the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Investigative Committee (IC) for the Tyumen Region reported that a criminal case of hooliganism had been opened.

According to reports in local social networks, the incident began when a group of minors tried to force the schoolboy to kneel down and apologize to the figurehead on a video camera phone.

"On the fact of the use of violence against the child, the investigative bodies of the regional investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia opened a criminal case under paragraph "a" part 1 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism")", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

Head of the IC of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department of the agency to report on the results of the investigation of the case, to establish the causes and conditions of the incident.

Earlier, on September 15, it was reported that a woman beat up an eighth-grader and took away his cell phone in Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. The schoolboy was taken to the hospital. He received a closed craniocerebral injury and concussion of the brain. The attacker is being sought.
