Volgograd airport lifted temporary restrictions on flights


Temporary restrictions at Volgograd airport on the reception and release of airplanes have been lifted. This was reported on November 21 by Rosaviatsia spokesman Artem Korenyako.
"At 08:05 Moscow time, restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (VS) at Volgograd airport have been lifted," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
Korenyako recalled that the restrictions were introduced earlier in the day to ensure the safety of civilian aircraft flights.
Earlier, on November 15, Kazan airport imposed temporary restrictions on flights from 13:00 Moscow time. A representative of Rosaviatsia emphasized that aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services were taking all necessary measures to ensure flight safety. The restrictions were lifted two hours later, at 15:00 Moscow time.
