Sobyanin told about measures to support investors and developers in Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Thursday, November 21, told about the provision of preferential terms to investors and developers for the construction of industrial enterprises in the capital.

"For the construction of industries provided investors and developers 50 plots for one ruble per year. This support measure was introduced in March 2022. It helps businesses to establish production of important products for the city faster and at lower costs," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

The program of preferential land lease has already provided the creation of more than 25.5 thousand jobs at new enterprises, including a meat processing plant in Novo-Peredelkino and a food complex in Ochakovo-Matveevsky.

It is specified that since 2016 the program of support of large-scale investment projects has already led to the implementation of more than 90 industrial projects.

Earlier, on August 20, the Director of the Department of banking regulation and analytics of the Bank of Russia (CBR) Alexander Danilov told "Izvestia" that the standard of mortgage lending will prohibit banks to charge commissions from developers. It was noted that the new rules will come into force from January 2025.
