The value of bitcoin exceeded $95 thousand for the first time in history

The price of the electronic currency bitcoin once again broke through the historical maximum, exceeding the value of $95 thousand. The corresponding information follows from the data of the largest cryptocurrency trading exchange Binance on November 21.

As of 6:23 Moscow time, the cryptocurrency has overcome the $95 thousand mark. At 6:53 Moscow time bitcoin reached a record $95 850.

BitRiver financial analyst Vladislav Antonov told Izvestia on November 20 that bitcoin continues to show impressive growth. In his opinion, reaching the $100,000 mark by the end of 2024 looks quite realistic. He noted that the current growth of the cryptocurrency is due to several key factors, such as the activation of the institutional sector.

On November 11, Capital Lab partner Evgeny Shatov also suggested in a conversation with "Izvestia" that by the end of this year, the value of bitcoin may reach $100 thousand. He added that the rate will grow if Trump continues to declare support for cryptocurrencies and specific actions in this direction.
