Between January and October, Moscow published more than 40 draft decisions on the CRT

In Moscow in the period from January to October 41 draft decisions on complex development of territories (CDT) were published. This was reported on Wednesday, November 20, by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban policy and construction.

According to him, the reorganization of sites with a total area of 429 hectares in 39 metropolitan districts is planned under these projects. Each of the projects was worked out taking into account the needs of a particular district, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". As a result, 91.5 thousand jobs will be created, RT specifies.

According to Maxim Gaman, the head of the capital city property department, more than 4.5 million square meters of modern housing and real estate for other urban needs will be erected within 41 projects. Also, more than 5.4 million square meters of high-tech industries, public-business and social facilities will be built, including schools, kindergartens, medical institutions and sports complexes, writes NSN. On all sites will be carried out landscaping and landscaping.

November 13, it became known that in Moscow three sites will be reorganized under the KRT program. Plots with a total area of 15.38 hectares will be reorganized in the districts Butyrsky (SVAO), Akademichesky (SZAO) and Khoroshevo-Mnevniki (SZAO).
