A dilapidated abandoned building in Tolstopaltsevo settlement in New Moscow has been repaired. This was reported on Wednesday, November 20, by the press service of the State Inspectorate for control over the use of real estate of the capital.

The repair of the building, located on Osipenko Street, was carried out on the initiative of the department. The building's facade was damaged, windows were broken, and the integrity of the roof was violated. The inspection offered the owner to develop a roadmap for the repair of the object with an area of more than 2.3 thousand square meters and update its appearance, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

Repair work has already been completed. Specialists also landscaped the adjacent territory, RT specifies. The issue of further use of the renovated building for the placement of social infrastructure is being worked out, kp.ru website notes.

On November 11, Ivan Bobrov, head of the State Real Estate Inspectorate, said that 50 dilapidated buildings had been renovated in the center of Moscow since the beginning of the year. According to him, the work was carried out from January to October. The buildings were in unsatisfactory condition and required renovation.
