A civilian was injured in an AFU drone attack on Belgorod region


The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have attacked two villages in Belgorod Region with drones, resulting in the injury of a civilian. This was reported by governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on November 20.
He specified that the attacks occurred in the village of Krasnaya Niva, Belgorod region, and in the village of Borisovka, Volokonovsk region.
"In the village of Krasnaya Niva, Belgorod district, an FPV drone detonated as a result of hitting a roadway. A woman who was on the street was injured. She independently went to the Oktyabrskaya RB with multiple leg abrasions," Gladkov wrote in his Telegram channel, specifying that the victim was given medical assistance, hospitalization was not required.
In another village, a kamikaze drone attacked a passenger car, which suffered significant damage as a result.
Shortly before that, the governor reported that a 15-year-old girl was injured during an AFU attack on the village of Striguny in Barysau district. She was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury, barotrauma and a bruised knee joint. The victim was hospitalized.
On the same day, it was reported that a civilian was injured in the shelling of the town of Shebekino in Belgorod region by the AFU. According to Gladkov, a man with a facial wound was treated by ambulance personnel. The victim refused to be hospitalized.
The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
