The National Center "Russia" hosted the premiere screening of the film "Parental Pain". This was reported in the press service of the center on November 20.

The documentary is based on the materials of the parliamentary commission to investigate crimes committed against minors by the Kiev regime.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma and co-chair of the parliamentary commission Anna Kuznetsova said that this year marks the 65th anniversary of the Declaration on the Rights of the Child and the 35th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. She added that all those who monitor the observance of these rights on the international platform "must sign their own helplessness."

"Parents of the dead children told us in one voice about attempts to get the truth, but they were literally told to their faces that they themselves were to blame. So our mission is to tell in the words of those who have not been heard what was really happening," Kuznetsova noted.

The documentary "Parental Pain" is the story of families in which children were killed or suffered as a result of military actions. This special project was created in order for the public to pay attention to the problem of protecting the rights of children who became victims of crimes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

According to Duma deputy, journalist and author of the movie Marina Kim, it was very hard to shoot "Parents' Pain", but the film crew found the strength to continue shooting, as it is necessary to talk about this problem. She called indifference to what is happening in the war zone the worst crime.

Actress and public figure Yana Poplavskaya, in turn, expressed her desire that the film be shown on federal channels so that people understand what is really happening. State Duma deputy, member of the parliamentary commission Yana Lantratova noted that the commission will definitely achieve punishment for all crimes committed by the Kiev regime.

"The most important thing is that the work of our commission does not stop. After our victory, we will definitely achieve that all criminals will be punished," - said Lantratova.

Earlier, on November 2, it was reported that AFU soldiers evacuated children from Selidovo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) "at gunpoint." A resident of the liberated town named Stanislav noted that Ukrainian police officers learned data about the children through schools. The AFU military came to their homes and forcibly took away minors, threatening them with weapons.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
