Sales of Lynk & Co cars will start in Russia in December

In December, sales of cars of the Chinese brand Lynk & Co. will start in Russia. Two models will enter the market - hybrid crossover 08 and electric sedan Z10. This is reported on November 20 by Izvestia correspondent from the press conference of DreamSmart Russia. The announcement of car sales took place in parallel with the presentation of gadgets of Meizu brand, which the company is returning to the Russian market.

Dealer holding "Avtodom" will be in charge of sales of Lynk & Co cars. Crossover 08 will cost 6.99 million rubles, sedan Z10 - 7.99 million rubles.

According to DreamSmart Russia marketing director Evgeny Mosunov, unlike cars that entered the Russian Federation through "gray" schemes, these cars will receive fully Russified software with free updates, as well as Internet-connected features and integration with smartphones through the Flyme Link system developed by Meizu. The cars will come with a warranty of five years or 100,000 kilometers of mileage.

The Lynk & Co 08 measures 4,820 mm in length with a wheelbase of 2,848 mm. The power plant produces 593 hp (905 Nm), acceleration to a hundred takes 4.6 seconds. Electric sedan Z10 (length 5028 mm, distance between the axles 3005 mm) produces 421 hp, accelerates to 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds and is able to travel up to 800 km on a single charge on the CLTC cycle.

The Flyme Auto platform is used in 17 car models, including cars from Geely, Polestar, Lynk & Co, Galaxy and other brands. China's DreamSmart Group is dedicated to promoting integration and synergy between the consumer electronics and automotive industries. Geely, which owns the Lynk & Co brand, has not officially announced its entry into the Russian market.

Lynk & Co Earlier in the day, a representative of JAC's Russian office told Izvestia at a presentation in honor of the company's 60th anniversary that next year Chinese automaker JAC plans to introduce an SUV, a minivan and a budget crossover, as well as new versions of existing models.
