The draft order proposes to approve a new, more comfortable uniform, which will be suitable for seasonal features of the climate of Russia's regions. In addition, changes in the appearance and details of clothing are expected. The color of the uniform for convicted men will be changed from black to graphite, for women - from green to burgundy. It is noted that the new clothes will be issued as they are produced.
New items of clothing will also be introduced, including winter knitted hats, scarves and T-shirts. Female inmates will have the option of wearing pajamas, house robes and leggings. According to the agency, earlier these items of clothing for women were introduced in educational colonies.
